I love Thanksgiving. Stuffing is probably one of my favorite foods of all time. I know Thanksgiving is about cooking with the family. Slaving over sides, pies & the dreaded turkey. Blackberry Farm
Blackberry Farm in Walland, TN is the place to spend Thanksgiving. So much so, that they sell out about a year in advance so let me know now if you’d be interested for next year! Rooms range from single cottages to multi-bedroom homes which would be perfect for family! Blackberry farm goes above & beyond in service, activities & food. They are known for their food which is mostly grown on site. This ultra-luxury, all-inclusive property has a stacked Thanksgiving weekend including: turkey trot, chef’s tasting menu for Thanksgiving or opt for a more casual Thanksgiving meal in one of their other restaurants, holiday cooking class, football tailgates, cocktail classes & more. This is in addition to their standard activities of horseback riding, archery, 5 stand shooting, cooking classes, hiking, paintball, fishing & more.

You know I’m a big fan of Cabo and Cabo for Thanksgiving is fantastic. They go all out. I love the Thanksgiving line up at Esperanza, one of the top resorts in Los Cabos. Their Thanksgiving celebrations begin with an amazing 4 course Thanksgiving menu complete with all of the classics! Also during Thanksgiving weekend, they host a Mexican fiesta on the beach. Listen to a live mariachi band while watching fireworks. They round off the weekend with football! They put their own spin on the tailgate with craft cocktails & gourmet snacks. One of my favorite Thanksgiving meals has been in Mexico. There’s nothing better than sleeping off the turkey on the beach!
The Lodge at Blue Sky
The Lodge at Blue Sky in Park City, Utah can really do no wrong. I will preach The Lodge at Blue Sky for every season as they do such a great job catering to all ages & activities. They have a fun Thanksgiving lineup planned kicking off with welcome drinks on the Wednesday prior. Thursday they host their annual clay shooting tournament at their heated 5 stand facility located on their 30,000 acres. Thanksgiving dinner is in their James Beard award wining restaurant Yunta where the multi course meal is accompanied by live music. On Friday, the fall spirit continues with a pumpkin patch with fresh apple cider & homemade donuts. Saturday, get prepped for the holidays as you learn how to craft an ultra gourmet cheese board.
